Three Easy Steps to Turn Your Typical Snow Day into an Unforgettable Experience

Remote working or not, everyone needs a good snow day from time to time. Even if you don’t like the cold weather, a classic snow day is a sure-fire way to get the good times going. Here at Big Mozz, we’re all about fun and spending quality time with those you love, and we bet you feel the same way too. Whether you are throwing snowballs or bocconcini in an epically entertaining battle, here are three ways you can turn that unwanted cold winter day into a lively and fun-loving snow day.

STEP 1: LEARN A FUN NEW SKILL

Having the day off because of the snow doesn’t have to stop you from doing something you’ve always wanted to do. And if that something is learning to make Fresh Mozz, we are happy to tell you that we have a solution.

If you’ve taken one of our classes before, naturally, you may be thinking to yourself, “how will I get my shipment of milk-curd if there’s a snow day?” The great thing about our curd is that it stays fresh in the freezer for 3 – 6 months! You can pair that with our On-Demand Class, which you can take whenever you want. Order in the winter months, and you’re prepared for any snow day.

STEP 2: GET OUTSIDE AND PLAY IN THE SNOW!

Now, it might seem like ages since the last time you’ve played in the snow, but there’s a reason so many kids beg their parents to go outside to have a snowball fight. It’s simple, fun, and requires nothing more than the snow and your two hands. Not to mention the sweet satisfaction of watching your friend’s face switch to pure shock when your snowball hits them.

To give this step a more “adult” kick, you can always spike your hot cocoa with some peppermint vodka. That, along with your best snow gear, will definitely help keep you warm on those super cold days. And, if you don’t have enough people for a snowball fight, you can always build an igloo, a snowman, or flop into the fluffy snow and make a snow angel!

STEP 3: COMFORT FOOD AND CUDDLES

For those of you who don’t necessarily enjoy the snow or are super cold because you played in the snow for hours, don’t worry. We got you covered! After all the outdoor games, chances are you’ve worked up an appetite. Recipes such as our Comfort Mac n Cheese are not only cheesy and delicious but offer a sensation of comfort and warmth that’ll send you into your own personal comfort zone. Grab your fuzziest and coziest blanket, snuggle up on your couch, mac n cheese in hand, and you, my friend, just ended your epic snow day, relaxed and ready to take on tomorrow.
