1. ELIGIBILITY:

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Big Mozz ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, participants must:

• Comment on the specified post.
• Tag a friend in the comment.
• Follow @BigMozz on Instagram.

Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, as defined in Section 3 below. Limit one (1) entry per comment on Instagram. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins on 6/24/24 at 12:00 AM and ends at 1 week prior to each game. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be eligible.

4. PRIZE:

Two (2) tickets to the specified game (the "Prize"). Travel, food, drinks, and any miscellaneous purchases are the sole responsibility of the winner. No alternate game dates are available. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about 1 week prior to each game. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the potential winner forfeits the Prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate entrant if the original potential winner is disqualified or does not claim the Prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

8. PUBLICITY:

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy.

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Big Mozz, Inc. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any major league baseball team.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

11. DISPUTES:

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.
